Initial Intake Assessment (45 minutes): $180

Individual Therapy Sessions:
• 60-minute session: $150
• 45-minute session: $120
• 30-minute session: $100

Private Pay Only
Wumex Mental Health Services does not currently accept insurance.

Payment is due at the time of service. Debit, credit, HSA/FSA, and major credit cards are accepted. A receipt/superbill can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider. Please verify out-of-network mental health benefits with your insurance company prior to services.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining expected costs of services.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee.
